Regular wear and tear from the elements will take their toll on your landscape lighting. Maintaining your landscaping lighting system is important to make sure it’s as effective as possible and working at peak condition. Rain, wind and Virginia's general seasonal weather patterns can all take their toll on outdoor and landscape lighting.

Preventative maintenance can stop small issues from becoming big problems. Without annual/seasonal service, failed lamps can go unnoticed, and dirty fixtures and old bulbs can diminish the effectiveness of your lighting. Shrubbery and plants can overgrow fixture points. Nicked wires that may be cut go unnoticed and cause shorts in the system, but these issues can be avoided by maintaining and regularly servicing your landscape lighting system. Our Landscape Lighting Service Agreement

Annual: $295 Seasonal: $70/Season

At Enchanted Lighting, we’re dedicated to providing quality service for all of our customers. With service agreement, a lighting professional will visit your property the following service tasks:

• Replace all light bulbs

• Readjust and clean fixtures

• Re-bury exposed wire as needed

• Inspect transformers

• Reset timers and controls, if necessary

With this program, you won’t have to worry about maintenance yourself for your outdoor lighting systems and fixtures.

Our Landscape Lighting Warranty Covers Everything Listed Above Except:

• Product out of warranty

• Cut wires (Additional Charge)

• Damaged fixtures caused by others

Our Landscape Lighting Service Guarantee:

Enchanted Lighting & Design guarantees all light bulbs for 5 years after service — and will be replaced free of charge should they fail. Without annual service, you’ll be charged a minimum of 1 full hour ($75), plus the cost of bulbs, for each visit. There’s no guarantee with this service.
